As far as the property goes it was perfect for us, the area definitely needs a car as the closest bar is a difficult walk uphill in the heat, the pool and amenities were fantastic and the place was spotlessly clean.
It was very over run with ants which we had to constantly vacuum and sweep up but it didnt spoil the stay.
The only thing that left a sour taste in my mouth was after we booked the property, then flights we received a message saying we had been undercharged and needed to pay an additional few hundred euro, i found this very unprofessional as we paid the advertised price, the contract we had to sign felt like an application for car finance rather than a holiday - ignoring the red tape it was great

Indeed the villa is perfect!
Ants can be a problem. We advice our guests to clean any leftovers of food immediately.
Concerning the cost: subsequent to your reservation, I promptly replied to you within 20 minutes, offering my apologies and explaining the pricing error I had made. I even extended the option for you to cancel your booking if you wished.
Since you accepted my apologies and proceeded with the higher payment, I assumed you were in agreement. I regret learning that this was not the case eventually.
I'd like to extend a 5% discount on a future booking as a gesture of goodwill. I hope this is of some assistance.
Anyway, I'm delighted to hear that you had a wonderful experience. I would love to have the opportunity to host you once again.
